Your privacy is very important to us and we want you to know you can trust us. Any personal details and information you supply to us for order completion, marketing or competition purposes is held with strict confidence and will not under any circumstances be used for other purposes.
Alfie’s Feast requires orders to be placed via the website by Tuesdays 9am for a Thursday delivery. You will be emailed an order confirmation which will include a delivery schedule, so please ensure you mark our email address as ‘safe’ to receive all emails from us. If you miss this cut off time for ordering, it will be logged for the following weeks delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you have adequate freezer/refrigerator room for the amount of food you have ordered.
We have a minimum of 10 packs of meals per order.
If an order needs cancelling (and possibly refunding), please contact Alfie’s Feast via email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number requiring cancellation and reason no later than Tuesday 9am prior to when the delivery is expected.
Alfie’s Feast will refund or replace any of their products if they are spoiled when received by the customer with adequate proof. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss this immediately. The product will need to be retained for examination.

Deliveries will be left following the customers delivery instructions. It is the customers responsibility to receive and split if need be products and freeze within 2 hours of delivery.
Alfie’s Feast is very conscious of our environmental footprint, so we implore all customers to do their best when recycling our packaging. All of our packaging can be recycled.

Currently we deliver to the Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston council areas only.
COVID Lockdown Update
27 May 2021
No changes expected to any deliveries, all systems normal.
We will endeavour to post any service updates here immediately and email updates to our customers.
All standard orders minimum of 10 packs of food = $12
All food deliveries are via refrigerated courier and packed with thermal liners and ice packs to maintain temperature. Your food will stay cold for over 6 hours after delivery, and can remain frozen for up to 2 hours only.
Our couriers will SMS you the night prior to delivery with an ETA and tracking link for the following day. Upon delivery completion our couriers will SMS you with a photo of your delivered box.
Orders need to be placed before 12pm Tuesdays for delivery the same week on Thursdays. Any orders placed after 12pm Tuesdays will be fulfilled the week after.
Current delivery days are Thursdays.
You don't need to be home to receive your delivery. It will just be left for you, following any of your delivery instructions.
